As\u00ed, conseguiremos que vayan probando nuevos alimentos de cara a mantener una dieta equilibrada.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredientes (2 raciones)<br \/>\n&#8211; 400gr de casta\u00f1as<br \/>\n&#8211; 400ml de leche<br \/>\n&#8211; 180gr. de az\u00facar<br \/>\n&#8211; Un poco de sal<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00bd vaina de vainilla<\/p>\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3n<br \/>\nLavamos las casta\u00f1as y les cortamos la parte superior en forma de cruz, como cu\u00e1ndo se preparan para asar, y las ponemos en una cacerola con abundante agua a hervir.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez dentro dejamos que hierva durante aproximadamente 10 minutos para ablandar la c\u00e1scara y las retiramos. Las dejamos enfriar un poco y cuando podamos manipularlas, sin que enfr\u00eden, las pelamos una por una.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez hecho esto ponemos en un cazo al fuego las casta\u00f1as, la leche, el az\u00facar, y le a\u00f1adimos una pizca de sal y la vaina de vainilla; y lo dejamos cocer unos 20 minutos hasta que veamos que las casta\u00f1as est\u00e1n totalmente tiernas. Para comprobar si est\u00e1n bien hechas las podemos pinchar con un tenedor y comprobar si se deshacen.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando est\u00e9n totalmente cocidas retiramos el cazo del fuego y quitamos la vaina de vainilla, despu\u00e9s con la batidora trituramos las casta\u00f1as hasta obtener una crema fina y compacta, hasta que quede a nuestro gusto. La retiramos del fuego y la dejamos enfriar y ya estar\u00e1 lista para servir.<\/p>\n<p>Consejo Damira<br \/>\nSi vemos que la crema ha quedado muy espesa podemos a\u00f1adirle un poco m\u00e1s de leche para que no est\u00e9 tan compacta.
