Muy similar al desayuno, aunque en menos cantidad, ayuda a los peques a recuperar algo de energ\u00eda para afrontar lo que queda la tardey a aguantar sin hambre hasta la hora de la cena.<\/p>\n<p>Toda mam\u00e1 quiere darle a su peque una merienda perfecta, <strong>sana y nutritiva<\/strong>, formada por los elementos recomendados: alg\u00fan l\u00e1cteo, cereales y una pieza de fruta. No obstante, cada peque es un mundo, con necesidades y gustos diferentes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo adaptar la merienda a cada uno de ellos?<\/p>\n<p>Una de las man\u00edas m\u00e1s comunes entre los peques es la de rechazar por sistema la fruta. Pues bien, la merienda es el momento perfecto para que recuperen esta peque\u00f1a carencia. No digas la palabra fruta en ning\u00fan momento, y en su lugar pres\u00e9ntale un plato de mel\u00f3n con jam\u00f3n, una macedonia con muchos colores, un yogur natural con trozos de fruta o, en ocasiones especiales, unas fresas con nata. \u00a1No se podr\u00e1n resistir!<\/p>\n<p>Si tu peque es de los que lo que se niegan a probar es la leche, puedes aprovechar tambi\u00e9n la merienda para introducir l\u00e1cteos en su fruta. \u00bfSer\u00e1 capaz de decir que no a un flan o a un bol de arroz con leche? \u00a1Seguro que no!<\/p>\n<p>Otra opci\u00f3n tradicional y deliciosa: el queso con membrillo.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de a los gustos de los peques, las meriendas deben ajustarse tambi\u00e9n a sus necesidades y su constituci\u00f3n f\u00edsica.<br \/>\nY, sea como sea tu peque, no olvides una regla b\u00e1sica: que los zumos o batidos sean siempre naturales y que, si se le da alguna boller\u00eda, sea de panader\u00eda y no industrial. \u00a1La merienda no solo estar\u00e1 m\u00e1s rica, sino que adem\u00e1s ser\u00e1 mucho m\u00e1s sana!<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 os parecen estos consejos? \u00bfTambi\u00e9n los aplic\u00e1is en casa con vuestros peques?
