{"id":1783,"date":"2015-09-12T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-09-12T12:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sanutribabyclub.com\/alimentacion-para-que-el-peque-duerma-bien\/"},"modified":"2018-12-07T12:11:19","modified_gmt":"2018-12-07T12:11:19","slug":"alimentos-que-favorecen-el-sueno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lni11062011.es\/damira\/alimentos-que-favorecen-el-sueno\/","title":{"rendered":"Alimentos que favorecen el sue\u00f1o"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 tal duerme el peque? <\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seguro que prestas mucha atenci\u00f3n a las rutinas de antes de irse a la cama: un ba\u00f1o, unos masajes, un cuento\u2026 Pero \u00bfsab\u00edas que tambi\u00e9n es muy importante fijarse en qu\u00e9 tipo de alimentos toma el peque para cenar?<\/div>\n<p>Y es que hay alimentos que favorecen el sue\u00f1o y otros que lo obstaculizan, algo que hay que tener en cuenta a la hora de preparar la cena al peque. \u00bfQuieres saber cu\u00e1les son esos alimentos?<\/p>\n<p>En primer lugar, y antes de entrar en qu\u00e9 y qu\u00e9 no comer, hay que fijarse en el cu\u00e1nto.<strong> Las cenas deben ser ligeras, ya que ir a la cama con el est\u00f3mago lleno provocar\u00e1 pesadez de est\u00f3mago en los peques.<\/strong> Eso s\u00ed, tampoco deben ir a dormir con el est\u00f3mago vac\u00edo, \u00a1se despertar\u00e1n en mitad de la noche con hambre!<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 alimentos favorecen el sue\u00f1o?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Muchos! Desde la patata, que reduce el nivel de az\u00facar en sangre, hasta el pavo, que contiene tript\u00f3fano, un amino\u00e1cido esencial necesario para facilitar el sue\u00f1o; pasando por frutas y verduras como el tomate, las cerezas o el pl\u00e1tano.<br \/>\nAdem\u00e1s, carbohidratos complejos como la pasta y el arroz evitan los problemas de sue\u00f1o y los l\u00e1cteos y los alimentos integrales tambi\u00e9n ayudan a dormir.<br \/>\nEn cuanto a los alimentos que debemos evitar en las cenas del peque, se trata de evitar los ricos en prote\u00ednas como la carne y el pescado, las grasas, que dificultan la digesti\u00f3n, los alimentos ricos en cafe\u00edna (por razones obvias) y los dulces, que elevan el nivel de glucosa en sangre. Adem\u00e1s, tampoco son recomendables las verduras crudas o los c\u00edtricos, ya que producen hinchaz\u00f3n, as\u00ed como los platos especiados.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, tambi\u00e9n hay que intentar que el peque no beba demasiado l\u00edquido durante la cena: si ya no usa pa\u00f1ales, se despertar\u00e1 m\u00e1s veces por la noche para ir al ba\u00f1o, lo que perjudicar\u00e1 su descanso.<\/p>\n<p>Pru\u00e9balo: tras una cenita ligera con los alimentos adecuados, tu peque dormir\u00e1 de verdad como un beb\u00e9.<\/p>\n<pre style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nuestra inspiraci\u00f3n es Pinterest.
