Tienen un aporte cal\u00f3rico muy bajo y son ricos en fibra y en vitamina B6.<\/div>\n<div align=\"JUSTIFY\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span>\u00bfC\u00f3mo cocinarlos? Seguro que tienes tu receta estrella, pero al repetirla siempre acaba aburriendo un poco. Hoy te damos una idea distinta para que el peque los devore: champi\u00f1ones rellenos. \u00bfC\u00f3mo se preparan? Desde Damira, expertos en alimentaci\u00f3n infantil desde hace m\u00e1s de 45 a\u00f1os, te lo contamos. \u00a1Es facil\u00edsimo!<\/div>\n<div align=\"JUSTIFY\"><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/div>\n<div align=\"JUSTIFY\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">-250 gr de champi\u00f1ones frescos<br \/>\n&#8211; Un diente de ajo<br \/>\n&#8211; 15 ml de aceite<br \/>\n&#8211; Perejil<br \/>\n&#8211; Una loncha de jam\u00f3n serrano picado fino<br \/>\n&#8211; 100 gr de queso ProvoloneEl primer paso es ir encendiendo el horno para que se caliente, ya que los champi\u00f1ones estar\u00e1n preparados en muy poquito tiempo: precalentamos a unos 200\u00ba.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Limpiamos los champi\u00f1ones y les quitamos el tallo, que picaremos muy finito y mezclaremos con el ajo tambi\u00e9n picado, con el jam\u00f3n, el aceite y el perejil. Cortamos el queso en lonchitas del tama\u00f1o m\u00e1s o menos del hueco del champi\u00f1\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Ya solo queda ir rellenando cada uno de los champi\u00f1ones con la mezcla de tallo, jam\u00f3n, ajo, perejil y aceite, y poner encima de cada uno una lonchita de queso. \u00a1Al horno!<\/p>\n<p>Dejamos que hornee durante 10-15 minutos hasta que el queso est\u00e9 derretido (y un poco gratinado, si quieres, para lo que no hay m\u00e1s que poner el grill un ratito al final). \u00a1Y a comer!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Consejos Damira<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Estos champi\u00f1ones rellenos sirven perfectos para una cena como plato \u00fanico, aunque poniendo solo unos pocos tambi\u00e9n pueden utilizarse como guarnici\u00f3n.
