Un ejemplo es el arroz a la marinera, que puede dar un poco de miedo al principio por lo de las almejas\u2026 \u00a1pero en realidad es s\u00faper f\u00e1cil!<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se trata adem\u00e1s de una receta que es muy f\u00e1cil de comer para el peque, sobre todo si dejas el arroz algo caldoso. \u00bfQuieres saber c\u00f3mo prepararla? Desde Damira, expertos en alimentaci\u00f3n infantil desde hace m\u00e1s de 45 a\u00f1os, te lo contamos.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Ingredientes:<\/b><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul>\n<li>500 gr. de arroz<\/li>\n<li>300 gr. de almejas<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla<\/li>\n<li>1 diente de ajo<\/li>\n<li>250 gr. de tomates<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de piment\u00f3n dulce<\/li>\n<li>250 ml. de caldo de pescado<\/li>\n<li>75 gr. de guisantes cocidos<\/li>\n<li>20 alcachofas peque\u00f1as cocidas<\/li>\n<li>150 gr. de gambas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/b><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><\/b>Empezamos preparando las almejas: las dejamos 1 \u00f3 2 horas en remojo para que expulsen la posible tierra, las lavamos y las ponemos a cocer en una cazuela con agua. Cuando se abran las retiramos del fuego.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras las almejas se hacen, vamos preparando un sofrito: pelamos y picamos la cebolla y la ponemos al fuego. Rallamos los tomates y, cuando la cebolla est\u00e9 pochada, los a\u00f1adimos al fuego junto con el diente de ajo. Rehogamos durante unos minutos.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n a\u00f1adimos el arroz y el caldo de pescado y espolvoreamos con piment\u00f3n. Removemos y a\u00f1adimos los guisantes, las gambas y las alcachofas.
